Robert (if you are still listening!)

This William WHYSALL was born in the first quarter of 1875 at Castle Gresley in Derbyshire, the son of John Fletcher and Hannah (nee PURSGLOVE) WHYSALL. He wasn't married in 1901, but I cannot be certain if he married between 1901 and the war. I have two Williams married in this period, one in 1903 in Nottingham, one in 1913 at Swanwick. I know that the latter was not the present William, but I'm not sure about the former.

Be assured, I have thoroughly searched all the British GRO registers including overseas ones.

Barrie
