that would be great if you send a pic. WHOBREY is such an unusual name and i always thought most of them lived in western kentucky. one night i posted on another surname site and someone answered that has been doing whobrey research for years. she turned out to be a third cousin of my aunts'. she gave me names and birthdates back to the 1700's. turns out that there are a lot of WHOBREYS scattered thru the country. i have been researching the DECKER surname for over a year and don't have much time for the other. is phenie your g-grandmother? looking forward to hearing from you. always open to new info!
