In regard to Whitworth Genealogy. Were there twins in your line? I havn't been in my notes recently on Whitworths but I believe my line is Thomas Whitworth that married Martha Hicks through James Whitworth (Rachel Gentles Mathes Messer). My great grandfather was Jasper Newton Whitworth (Artimitia Osborn), my grandfather James Henry Whitworth born in Cave Pump, Missouri 25 June 1870, died Corpus Christi, Texas 27 March 1961, married Mary Emma Byrd-24 Jan. 1895 in Bastrop County, Texas. I believe James and William were twins. I believe William married Margaret Beard. James was born 1804 in Tenn. Is any of this familiar?

B. Vann
