Many of the christening records for this branch of the Whitworth family are now on the internet on FamilySearch. My gr-grandfather was the one child of David & Ann not listed: John Whitworth (1830-1900). I found the passenger list from when this family arrived in Philadelphia. I also have a letter sent to John Whitworth in 1896 updating him on the family in PA. Most of them were in the Wilkes-Barre area at that time. Incidentally, on John's marriage license, his mother was listed as Ann Veno.
