Winona Whittington Pfander, the author, was a descendent of Benjamin ( #100 ) so he was well researched. As for the John Wesley Whittington and Catherine David " double marriage" with Edward David and Mary Elizabeth Whittington there seems to be differing opinions as to the parents of the brides and grooms but I would bet on Winona's version.
