I recently found the willbook entry of the will of William Williamson from Greenville County, SC. He names Hiram Whitted as his son-in-law, and names Susan Whitted as his daughter. I also found Susannah Whitted selling property shortly after Hiram's death.

RESOLVED, That Hiram Whitted be appointed Justice of the Peace, vice John Hodges, who refuses to qualify. John H. Harrison, vice Samuel Morrow, removed. Allin Marshal, re-appointed. Peter Edwards, Justice of the Quorum, vice Thomas Edwards, resigned; for Greenville district.
