A lady contacted me to see if I am related to her family.Which is GEORGE WHITTALL born 25/3/1910 in Barton upon Irwell,his father ROBERT MOORE-WHITTALL who was married to ALICE BROWN.George was one of 14 children.
GEORGE married his cousin DOROTHY WHITTALL born 25 March 1907 in BROMYARD,HEREFORDSHIRE.Her parents were HARRY RICHARD WHITTALL and ALICE BROWN. Dorothy was one of 7 children.
It is believed that HARRY and ROBERT were brothers.
Can anyone add to this family history and go further back please.
My WHITTALL's come from CLUN and LYDBURY NORTH,SHROPSHIRE
