I am looking for information on Giles Whitaker. Giles married Eliza Ann Allison on Aug. 12, 1863 in Monroe County, Missouri. The 1870 Jackson Township of Monroe County Census Lists Giles (age 60) , Eliza (age 51), and seven children all born before their marriage. The children’s names were: Robert age 19, Harvey age 17, John age 16, Maranda age14, Thomas age 8, Foster age 7, and Rebecca age 30.
