Richard Whitt III, b ca 1770, son of Rev. Richard Whitt
d1812 of Montgomery Co., VA, was on the 1809 and 1810
Tazewell Co., Tax List then dropped off.

On the 1810 Tax Payer liste, Richard Whitt III had an unexplained check mark by his name. A few other individuals had check marks by their names, perhaps they
were on the list though deceased.

Marcus A. P. Whitt b ca 1809
James Madison Whitt b ca 1810
(son of Elizabeth Whitt per his 1855 death notice)
