I have only visited the cemetery known as the Old Duncan Creek Baptist. The graves of Sarah and George Frederick Whitmire are the only names I recall. The cemetery is quite abandoned and overgrown with large trees. It is approximately 2 mile out of Whitmire and at the end of Kings Lane.
The other cemetery I visited is the family plot near Dacusville, just north of Pickens, SC. The matriarch of that branch is Michael. There are approximately 40 graves there, some desendants with surname of Hunt.
There is also the Old Pickens Presbyterian closer to Ocoee where several family plots were moved when the Jocassee Valley was flooded to create the lake.
