I'm trying to find out more information on her as to who her parents were and if she was mattaponi or pamunkey indian.She was my gg grandmother, married to my gg grandfather a matthew hill burnett,who also was born around 1809 in hanover virginia. I have heard and seen a census as to where angelina is listed with a rosy/roxanna/roxanne whitlock and a polly wright,but no males. I also have a copy of a deed of land that my gg grandfather purchased in hanover county/beaverdam district in the year of 1869. There was a thomas whitlock listed as a trustee on the deed for angelina. Angelina and my gg grandfather matthew had a total of five children named gabrielle,cinderella, charles , larkin, and newton burnett.Larkin burnett was my g grandfather.She is such a mystery, I do have a picture of her from a cousin.any information would greatly be appreciated. thanks rickie burnette.
