Elizabeth "Betsey Willingham Whitlock" was the daughter of John Whitlock and Christain Beasley. John and Christain's other children were Beasley Whitlock, who also moved to Fayette Co. GA, and Polly Jarrald Whitlock.

On Jan 6, 1794 Wilkes Co GA John Whitlock Deeded a gift to his children Polly, Betsey, and Beasley "all my negroes viz. Fanny, Sarah, and George"
