These facts make me think that it is definately the same Theodore:

1930 census they were living in Cole Co. [16.Apr.1930]

WWII Enlistment WAS in COLE Co. [30.Oct.1942]

Dolly & my Grandpa were married in Cole Co [25.Oct.1941]

Not sure if relevent...

Theodore's Enlistment City: Jefferson Barracks

Dexter's burial: Jefferson Barracks National Cem., St. Louis, MO
