Thank you for reading my post! Looking for clues, cousins, and connections to the Whitish families living in the following areas; Wisconsin abt 1876(no county yet), NorS Dakota abt 1900's, Esterville,Emmet,IA bef 1913. My gg grandfather Thomas M. Whitish born in WI abt 1876. My ggrandfather Melvin Whitish was born to Thomas M. Whitish and Margaret Tracy in the Dakota's abt 1902(Document does not state which Dakota). Thomas was a railroad laborer. They moved to Esterville IA bef 1913. They had four sons Merle, Irvin, Melvin, and Glenn. I have information on sons in Esterville, IA. Only Glenn was born in IA others Dakota's ? Would like to know parent of Thomas Whitish and siblings? If these names sound familar I would love to discuss!
