Okay, the underlying source is an article written in 1979 by one Alden Beaman, and he stated, "Ezekiel, b ca 1702; administration of his estate 10 Mar 1741 at North Kingstown Land Evidence Mary ______.”
It is not clear to me if this version I found has been messed up in the recopying or whether Beaman’s original text had this exact wording, which is a little jumbled. Does Beaman's mention of the “administration of his estate”, but no mention of a Last Will, suggest that Ezekiel died intestate, and so there was no Will?? And does this suggest that Mary (Stafford) Whitford did not have a Will either, or at least not one dated March 10, 1741? Can anyone help with this couple, please? What is the evidence for the names of their children (if any)?
