Robert Whitfield, Jr. of Rowfant House, co. West Sussex, England

I am wondering if anyone knows of Robert Whitfield's burial site in England. Robert Whitfield, Jr. was the grandfather of Rev. Henry Whitfield. Rev. Henry sailed to America in 1639 and helped to found Guilford, Connecticut. Rev. Henry Whitfield's fort house is now a museum. Robert Whitfield, Jr. built Rowfant House, co. West Sussex. In his old age, either he moved to Emmington, co. Oxford where his son, William was Rector at the church; or, he was visiting when he died and was buried Dec. 1597. According to John Brooks Threlfall, in his book about the Whitfields, Robert Whitfield, Jr. was buried IN the church at Emmington. I contacted the owner of the church (evidently he bought the church about eight years ago) who informed me that Robert Whitfield, Jr. is not buried in the church. Again, can anyone confirm that they know where Robert Whitfield, Jr. was buried; and, have a photo or saw his burial vault?
