Don't believe your rank Whitener and mine are the same. As far as I know my "Uncle Frank" had never been married. To the best of my knowledge he live most of his life in Hiawassee, Georgia and that is where he died in 1975 at the age of 78. As you saw he had two brothers, my father "Charlie born in 1890 and a brother John born I don't know when, but I believe he was the oldest and one sister, Edna, who died within the past 10 to 15 years. I had lost contact with her as she was the last one alive I believe. Don't know what happened to John he just seems to have dropped off somewhere.

I know what you mean about the Cherokee blood line. You can look at a picture of my father and he look indian also.

If you or anyone else has any information that might help i would appreciate hearing from them. I know that my Aunt did a research and was able to trace family tree back and was able to become a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, but I don't know what happened to that information. Have tried to locate her grandson but have not been able to find him, as he might have papers or know where they are.
