James, I am not sure as to which person or family that you are seeking information. I have Jonathan Whitehurst's history, but only his wife's name Sarah (I show it to be...) Sharwood. Jonathan's mother I show to be Elizabeth Carraway. I show Jonathan and Sarah to be the parents of 3 children in which one to be:

Simon Sheridan Whitehurst, b. November 27, 1755, d. May 6, 1848, buried in Bell-Tulen Cemetery, Hamilton City, Florida, married in 1782 to Mary Ann Elizabeth Scott, b. ca 1758, d. ca 1830. I have Simon and Mary Ann to be the parents of 13 children.
