My 3rd great grandfather Daniel Bullock married Mary Whitehurst Pitt Co NC. They are in the 1800 Pitt Co NC Census. In the Pitt Co NC Deed Book S Page 341, 10-30-1812
Grantor: Charles Bullock, Grantee Willoby Whitehurst:
Power of Attorney to collect on estate of grandfather in Virginia. Men.: Petitiah Whitehurst. Wit.: Batson Bullock.

Charles Bullock is the son of Daniel and Batson Bullock is
a brother to Daniel Bullock. We are trying to locate the Whitehurst family of Mary Whitehurst, Daniel's Bullock wife.
Petitiah Whitehurst moved to Putnam Co GA and married
Sarah Pounds, daughter of Merryman Pounds and Clarissa Ladufsia Herndon Pounds. Thanks for any information
