Is anyone on this list a decendant or aware of the decendancy of William Whitehurst son of William Richard? I am trying with some sucess to settle the 7 children and trace thier lines but at the moment William and Jane (Unknown) have me stumped. He is the only son that I do not have lineage for. Is there any one that can help expand this.
Also does anyone have a married name for either Susan or Ellen Whitehurst the daughters of William Richard and Ellen probably Russell? I am currently concentrating on this first generation in America to settle which cousin goes where. All of the Princess Anne, Virginia and North Carolina Whitehurst eventually end up from this line. Also most of the cousins intermarried so that one generation a Whitehurst married a Cox and the children of the Coxes married back into the Whitehurst line. The Nichols family is a repeated example of this.
If any one has information on this William and Jane or on the daughters of William Richard married after 1654 please let me know.
