Hi, i am looking for information on my family. my father would not give us much information except that he lived in Kansas, was born as Earl Edward Whitehair in July, 1913. he had an aunt who was a nun, Sister Asumpta i believe, and he had a brother named Clarence. I believe my grandmothers name was Ella. My dad was not very talkative about his history, and when he died i told myself i would research this and see if our name was in fact native american. it has been 7 years since he passed, and now that my mother(the former florence mulligan)is gone on to heaven, i thought i could now research the family name. please let me know if you know of any family that moved to kansas. i would love to know more about my history. thanks so much and God bless, maggie whitehair
