I only have a little bit of info. The last that
my father knew of the whereabouts of Robert Owen, was that he thought he
had moved to California a long time ago.
His parents, Oakley Whitebread/Nellie Quigley had 3 children, Lorraine,
Robert, and Sharon. I believe Sharon Whitebread Hanabarger, might still
be living in Sterling, I will check the phone book and see if they are
still there. Maybe she might know where Robert is.
I'll get back to you if I can find out anymore.
