John,
So was Dica married to the James Whiteaker that was my Grandfather. I have a marriage license but there was a lot of James Whiteaker's and I cannot find out where Dica wentsince her and George married.I looked in all of the Qzark Heritidge Book and no Dica.I found George Shults married a Roxaner Bracket 1878 in Dent Co Mo .George died in 1912.I found a George Shults on RootsWeb but no mention of a daughter named Dica.He was from Salem also.So I do not know where to look next.
So what do you think ,is this the same James C Whiteaker who was married to Lettie Leonard.I am going to a genealogist of our area tomarrow to see what he has to say.
