Jay, you have quite a few WHITES listed in AL, do you happen to have any information on a Joab S. White married to Mary. they lived in Marion County and are listed on 1850 census together and 1860 Mary and two children , I am looking for a connection to my Webb family,,,,do you have Mary's maiden name..
My Webb family lived close and my greatgrandfather named his Son Joab Simeon Webb. The dates would fit for Mary to be a sister to my gggrandfather Silas L. Webb.
Sorry I am rambling....I don't have dates handy right now to give you but will have in the near future...computer problems...
