I have this in my misc. White info. I received it in 1989.
"My ancestor, Lydia White, was the daughter of Joseph White, Sr. of Anson Co., NC. The other known children of this Joseph White, Sr. are:
1. Joseph White, Jr. b. ca 1737
2. Mary b. ca 1755
3. Lydia (My ancestor)
4. Josiah
5. Zachariah
6. William
7. Robert
8. Zedekiah
9. John

Joseph White, Sr. was the son of Moses White who with his brother, Hugh, came to America ca 1722. Several descendents of this brothers went to North Carolina."
