I have a Catherine Ann and a John Whitby in my family line. They are all mostly from Liverpool. However, my gg grandfather was born in Bromborough Cheshire. (1821). I have been focusing on this line for the last few months but I have not had much luck tracing births etc from info on Censuses. Were Catherine Ann and John Joseph brothers and sisters at the time or were they married. Also, I think we were somehow connected to the Parry family through marriage. My mother and father were very friendly with a Bert Parry. I have a feeling there just could be a connection here. Wouldn't that be something? Irene
