James Laurence Whitbey, b.1901 in Hardeman Co., TN., son of James L. and Annie Fortenberry/Fortenbury Whitby, md. Francis Donathan, b.1901 in Ark., place unknown, but probably in Texas. First child born in 1922. In 1928 they were in Wilbarger County, TX, in 1930 in Potter Co., TX, in 1933 in Hunt Co., TX and in 1938 in Delta Co., TX. These dates are from birth record of children. Some of the children lived in Lamar Co. TX. Known children: (1)Juanita H., md. Orville Franklin Scott; (2) J. G.,(male) (3) Laurance, Jr. (4) Donald Ray, (5) Dorothy Jean, md. G. W. Clark, (6) Bobby Leon and (7)Kenneth Randell. I would like to hear from anyone who has information on any of these people. I will gladly share what I have. Ann in NE Texas
