Hi,
The William Edgar Whitbread who married Leonora Amelia Darrach descended from a George and Mary Whitbread, who had a Joseph, James, George, and possibly Esmerralde, born NSW 1847-1855. Have you been able to find out who this George and Mary were? It is possible that this was the same George who married Anne King in 1859. That George was the brother of Henry Edward Whitbread, who was the subject of the initial posting. William b. 1859 was Henry Edward's eldest child.
