I am searching for John Wesley Whitaker, b. 14-Oct-1839 in Tennesee; d. 21-Mar-1896 in Jackson, Hinds, Mississippi.
It is believed that he was married four times. I do not know the names of his first two wives. His third marriage was to a Mrs. Deal, his fourth to Martha Washington Deterly on 28-Jul-1878 in Jackson, Hinds, Mississippi. They had a son, Charles Wesley Whitaker, b.21-Jun-1879 in Wesson, Copiah, Mississippi.
Any help will be appreciated.
