I am searching for information on a line of Whislers that I have traced back about 6 generations to the Rockingham VA area. It includes a John C. Whisler born approx. 1849 to a (I think) John C. Whisler, Sr. and Mary Haws. Sr. died in approx. 1848 before the baby was born. I am looking for any information on the children that John C. Jr. had, especially Charles E. Whisler. I know Charles E. ended up in Kansas and married Nora (don't have a maiden name) and had four children including my great grandfather Charles Guinn Whisler. Anybody that might have information on this line of Whislers, either going back farther or info on the children of these Whislers, please let me know! I would be happy to fill anybody in on the info of my family of Whislers if they wish to have it. Thanks in advance!
