I knew I was having problems finding anything on Ivey Charles Edward Whisenant and it turn's out that, With the other info I Had on his sister's, That He is Cleat? Whisenant. I found the info under His sister Margaret on Raymond Whisenant's Website! The names and birthdate's are the same except for Ivey's name.
