Cindy,
Thanks for responding to my query.
Most all of what you have is in agreement with what I have on this couple; however, I'm trying to determine if this Daniel is the same person I'm searching for. There were at least two Daniels in the Greene/Montgomery Counties area during the mid-1800's and possibly three or more. My Daniel was the son of Samuel Tobias and Elizabeth Hanney, both natives of Berks/Schuylkill County, PA , who settled in Greene County, OH about 1820 or 1821. Other siblings of my Daniel were: William, Catherine, Lydia, Mary Margaret or Magdalene and Samuel. Do any of these names mean anything to you and do you think we are researching the same Daniel?

Ron Tobias
