Hi Ken, Glad to see you, I had resolved not to get too involved in this genealogy lark as I believed I would end up a slave to it, I considered that since my daughter who resides in Wetherill Park Sydney and my sister, Evesham Worcestershire UK, are heavily involved with it, that I would leave it to them and thereby save myself all that time and effort, but I could not help noticing your post, in particular your mention that your line came from Guernsey, I am interested in how they came to get there..? I imagined that all them Whicker's with and without the 'H' that are now scattered about the world, came from Colyton in Devon, haven't heard of any going back beyond that 'Monmouth' turnout. Okay Ken, so you were born about 1930, and spent most of your life in that 'City of Churches', Adelaide, which I liked well enough on a visit there, but I found that you had a funny way of going on there, as you will see by my critique in my web site, www.aussiepiepress.com, you can also listen to an Australian composition, see if you can identify the beautiful singer, voice that is..! Cheers, take care, Bill.
