Sevenoaks information from the 1881 Census.
From the 1881 British Census I found the following reference to Sevenoaks:
Daniel Whibley (age 26 born 1855 - born at Sevenoaks) was married to Emma (age 26 born 1855 - at Herford, England). They had one child Eveline F. Whibley (age 1 - born 1880 - at Kensington,Middlesex, England)- at the time of the Census they lived at 10 Ravensbourne Road - Lewisham, Kent, England.

There was also a Clara F.Whibley (age 24 born 1857 at Sevenoaks, Kent.) she was a servant living in the home of a Frank Martin at Allens House - Wrotham, Kent, England. - She is listed as a "Gen Dom Serv" General Domestic Servant (i think).

Next - a George Whibley (age 25 born 1856 - at Sevenoaks) was a "Private" in the "4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards" - unmarried.

Next - Sidney Whibley (age 24 born 1857 at Sevenoaks) was a Bankers Clerk. He was married to Lucy H. Whibley (maiden name was probably "Harnott" - a visitor at the house during the census was a brother-in-law by the name Harnott). - at the time of the census they lived at 51 Arlington Road. Lambeth, Surrey, England.

Charles Whibley - (age 21 born 1860 at Sevenoaks) was a student at Jesus College Jesus Lane in Cambridge - it says that he was a "pensioner"
