I wrote a book on the Whetstone family. You will find it in Library of Congress, SC archives, DAR, etc.I am sold out.In about a week I will have a new scanner and can sell electronic copies.
My book starts 1500's in Switzerland, goes to Orangeburgh District, Sc, then on to the West.

I am descendant of Rev. Henry Whetstone of Orangeburgh, b 1784, died 1834 Alabama.I do not have any information on the names you mentioned, guess they are latter day names. You might connect later with the basis structure. If you will tell me a little about where your people lived, and give me some clues, I might be able to link you up.
