Wheeldons/Derbyshire 1700s

I have managed to trace the Wheeldon branch of my family (based around Matlock in Derbyshire) back as far as Moses Wheeldon (or Wealdon) who married Ruth Walker in Matlock on 16/3/1789. They had five children Grace (1805), Lydia (1793), Mary (1796), Moses (1799) and Richard (1791). Unfortunately, the trail goes cold here. I can find no christening for Moses and suspect he was born elsewhere (may be Chesterfield as there seems to be a concentration of Wheeldons around this area at the time he would have been born). If anyone has any advice or information that may help me, I would be grateful. Equally, if anyone requires information on the Derbyshire Wheeldons, I may be able to help.
