Tuscaloosa Co., Ala. Deed Bk O, p. 70

April 2, 1838

Indenture between William Cole of Tuscaloosa Co., Ala. and Patsey his wife, and Mary Elizabeth Thompson, wife of Joesph Thompson of Lauderdale Co.

Mentions a Mary Elizabeth Weyman, widow of Joseph Weyman deceased of the second part. Whereas said Mary Elizabeth then being Mary Elizabeth Weyman, did by deed bearing date the 28th day of October A.D. 1836 convey to said William Cole his heirs assigns forever all the land? of section twenty-eight, township twentyone, range nine west for the sum or consideration of sixteen hundred and fourty dollars and where as the said William Cole is willing and anxious to cancel said Deed and receive back ___ consideration which has this day been paid to him.

Does anyone know anything about this Mary Elizabeth mentioned above???
