I am searching for a man named Bud Weyer. He & his wife were witnesses on the marriage certificate of my father to his first wife. The marriage took place on 18 Nov. 1939 at Mount Vernon WA. when both were in the Navy & stationed at Sand Point NAS near Seattle. I don't know his wife's name as it is shown as "Mrs. Bud Weyer" on the certificate. My half-sister said her mother told her that our dad & Bud Weyer were 'best friends'. Does someone know who or where Bud is?
