You didn't say where they were living in 1930, but the only couple I found that fit were Charles E. Lynn, age 24 born in WV, and wife Mildred G. age 25 born in PA and son Charles Jr. age 2, living in Beaver, Beaver County, PA. I don't know if this is the couple you are looking for.

Oddly I could not find a Charles Lynn born in Virginia around 1907 anywhere in the 1930 census.
