Dave, there is on-line evidence at:
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~jdevlin/barbour/middletown_barbour_w1.htm
under Wetmore:

Elizabeth, dau Ebenezer & Elizabeth, b Sept 22, 1730
Elizabeth, dau Caleb & Mary, b Nov 8, 1734
Elizabeth, dau Jeremiah & Abigail, b July 29, 1736
Elizabeth, m Timothy HIERLIHY, May 14, 1755, by Mr Camp

Any of the three Elizabeth's born before the marriage is mentioned could be Timothy's wife. That's assuming, of course, she was from Middletown, and she probably was. Jeremiah's wife was Abigial Butler.
Another page of this site has:

HIERLIHY

Cornelius, son Timothy & Elizabeth, b Feb 16, 1764
Cornelius, son Timothy & Elizabeth, died Apr 25, 1775; was drowned in West River
Elizabeth, dau Timothy & Elizabeth, b Oct 20, 1762
Eunice, dau Timothy & Elizabeth, b Sept 25, 1770
Hanan, dau Timothy & Elizabeth, b Nov 3, 1765
James, son Timothy & Elizabeth, b Feb 24, 1772
John, son Timothy & Elizabeth, b Sept 14, 1768
Margaret, dau Timothy & Elizabeth, b Sept 11, 1760
Mary, dau Timothy & Elizabeth, b Mar 11, 1757
Susannah, dau Timothy & Elizabeth, b Sept 13, 1758
Timothy, m Elizabeth WETMORE, May 14, 1755, by Mr. Camp
Timothy William, son Timothy & Elizabeth, b July 23, 1755

Thomas
