Westphall's came on a boat

This is what I have heard about the Westphall brothers, there were three of them and they came over from europe, from Westphalia to keep from being beheaded, they decided to split up to keep anyone from finding them, the spelling is different but the same , westphall, westfall, one L , two and other ways of spelling it.
There are several cities named after them, I think there are five.
The state in Germany that they came from is named after them.Look at a Atlas to find this.
They helped in the settleing of the 4o year war, in Germany, found in the book History of Germany.
A few brother settled in Arkansas, and lived there, Ed+Ethel, Harold + Shirley,Charles + Flossie, Arnold + Helen,
From Fredrick Will Westphall
Wife Minnie Etta Hall
From GustoveCharles Ferdinard Westphall
Wife Elizabeth June Brown
I hope this helps someone out there.
I don't have the time to research lately, this is where I left off.
Charle
