Greetings,
The online marriage record of your parents (http://www.bms2000.org/authentifier/voirFiche.aspx?id=NzE4ODI4Mw==&type=cmVxTWFyaWFnZXM=) gives the date and location (Verdun) but not their parents. This is typical of non-Catholic marriages.
I thought you might like to look at Lovell's online historic telephone directories (1938), which lists a Lawrence Weston (shipper, Pneumatic Tube) in Verdun in 1938.
