I had a harlace westmoreland as my grandfather. He died some years back, I only met him once. as far as I know hewas married twice once to cora, my grandmother, and second to susan or susie. Harlace and Cora had 5 children i believe...one of which, charles Westmoreland , is my father. I don't know much about him. I want to find him again. he has 2 sisters,my aunts, Vicki and wanda, and i know Vicki's last name is Hill but I can't find her number. when I visited the first time she was so kind to me. i would like to contact her too. if this sounds like your family please email me
