Jesse M. Westmoreland b. May 1846 Tn d. Aug 1906 Ky. married to Susan Carlisle Cothran b. 1854 in Ky. 1880 Metcalfe Co., Ky census has James M. and Susan with children Henry F., Willie F., Lucy L. and Zula M. Ancestry also has other children of James and Susan as:
Marshall, Thomas J., Tippey E. and Herbert. Believe this Tippey E. to be the wife of Robert W. Harp, they appear on the 1910, 1920 and 1930 Pittsburg Co., Ok census. On the 1930 Pittsburg Co., Ok census, Tommy J. Westmoreland appears with wife Esthel and children Thomas A. and Paul B. Could "Henry F." been the Frank that you refer to?
