WESTLAKE glass factory in Ohio

I'm descended from James C. WESTLAKE (1786 PA - 1869 IN) said to be a son of George WESTLAKE Sr. and Mercy / Mary SMITH. James C. was in the Belmont Co., OH, area during the War of 1812, was in the Warren / Montgomery Co., OH, area ca. 1828-1838, and finally Tippecanoe Co., IN, by 1840 where he d. in 1869. All 8 of his kids from his first marriage to Sarah BURRIS were also in Indiana.

I received news today that the WESTLAKE "family in Ohio made glassware & we have some Westlake glasses. Very pretty ruby-colored glass." Does anyone have any knowledge of this glass factory and the specific WESTLAKE family / families who operated it? This small but vital clue would seem to firmly tie James C. to the right family.
