Jenny,

Thank you for your posting.

I am not related to the Eckelkamp family but my great grandfather, Joseph Westhoff, was raised by Joseph and Elizabeth (Nauber) Eckelkamp after he was orphaned.

I have a one page document with a lot of information about the Eckelkamp family in the 1800's. I've tried to type in a summary but I keep losing my internet connection. I can scan in the document and send it to you if you want it.

By the way I was born in Washington, MO and lived around Marthasville. I attended St. Francis Borgia High School and after college moved to Kentucky. We visit with family in Missouri often.
