This is a complete deed dated April 28th, 1820 for 200 acres from Albert A Westervelt to Abel J. Smith conveying land in Seacaucus on the Hackensack River for a huge sum of $5000 lawful money of the United States of America. Document signed and sealed by Albert A. Westervelt, Elisabeth Westervelt and witnessed by Elias Brevoort and Robert Campbell. Great early land deed from Bergen County ready for framing.
