Seeking info about parents, siblings, etc. Claimed to be youngest of 7 sons, one brother was Cornelius called "Neal" also had 2 sisters, possibly Ella and Etta. Claimed descent from early Dutch settlers. Claimed related to a mayor of NY City and to an important builder in NYC. His mother may have been named Mary Ellen Tracy or Ellen Tracy (Irish descent?) His fthr may have been a boat captain. U. had no contact w his family. Anybody know of him?
