Cousin Lynne sent me this note about Thompson and cynthia:
Some years ago, I corresponded with Mildred Danger, a descendant of Thompson and Cynthia (thru Thomas Carter). She directed me to a cemetery in Cherokee Co. where they are buried. I cannot find my notes, but I believe the name of it was Liberty Grove. At the time of my visit it was a Baptist Church, but originally, it was Methodist.

The cemetery sits off to the left of the church. Near the very back is a plot with a wall around it. There were no grave markers in that plot. She told me that both Thompson and Cynthia died within a day of each other from typhoid.
