I need help in finding my great-aunt by marriage Delia West. She is listed in Liberty Twp., Madison Co., Mo. in 1930 with her parents Arthur West & Ethel Carnahan. She was first married to Virgil Shoemaker, then to Ed Phillips, and finally to William Pippin. I believe I have found that she died 15 Sep 2001 in or near the city of Virginia, Cass Co., Illinois. Would like to know where she is buried or whatever other arrangments were made. I am also interested in her immediate family such as her children.
